WINDERMERE, Fla. -- Tiger Woods' mother-in-law in stable condition after 911 call from his home.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office said that fire department medics responded to a 911 call at Woods' Orlando-area home early Tuesday. Health Central Hospital spokesman Dan Yates says Barbro Holmberg was admitted early Tuesday suffering from stomach pain. She is the mother of Woods' wife, Elin.
Sheriff's spokesman Jim Solomons told The Associated Press the office got a 911 call from Woods' home at 2:35 a.m. ET Tuesday and transferred it to Orange County Fire Rescue.
Orange County Fire Rescue spokeswoman Genevieve Latham earlier wouldn't confirm the address but said an adult was taken to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, the same place Woods was treated after he crashed his sport utility vehicle outside his home last month.
Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg, did not immediately respond to an e-mail requesting comment, The Associated Press reported.
According to WESH-TV, a radio log showed the patient initially refused transport, but was later listed as an advanced life support patient. The station also reported that a black Cadillac SUV was seen leaving the hospital shortly after the ambulance arrived, and that the license plate was similar to the one involved in the crash that involved Woods on Nov. 27.
WESH-TV showed footage of a woman -- now confirmed to be Holmberg -- being taken on a stretcher into the hospital.
Advanced life support is a term typically used by paramedics or EMTs for resuscitation efforts that extend beyond basic CPR. Typically, it includes things such as IV therapy, intubation, and/or drug administration.
The news comes a day after reports that a Florida trooper who suspected Woods was driving under the influence sought a subpoena for the golfer's blood results from the hospital he was taken to after crashing his SUV, but prosecutors rejected the petition for insufficient information, according to a police report released Monday.
A witness, who wasn't identified in the report, told trooper Joshua Evans that Woods had been drinking alcohol earlier. The same witness also said Woods had been prescribed two drugs, Ambien and Vicodin.
The report did not say who the witness was but added it was the same person who pulled Woods from the vehicle after the accident outside his home. Woods' wife, Elin, has told police that she used a golf club to smash the back windows of the Cadillac Escalade to help her husband out.
"Impairment of the driver is also suspected due to the careless driving that resulted in the traffic crash," Evans wrote in the report dated Nov. 30 that was released by the State Attorney General's office.
Woods' attorney, Mark NeJame, didn't return a phone call for comment.
The world's No. 1 golfer hit a hydrant and a tree around 2:25 a.m. on Nov. 27. The Florida Highway Patrol last week cited Woods for careless driving and fined him $164.
The accident -- and Woods' refusal to answer questions about it -- fueled speculation about a possible dispute between the golfer and his wife. Tabloid reports have linked Woods to several other women.
Monday night, three-time grand slam tennis champion Lindsay Davenport told Entertainment Tonight that Elin Nordegren Woods didn't "go after [Woods] physically."
Davenport, who said she has spoken to Woods' wife since the reported incident, told EET: "She's incredibly hurt by what has gone on but she handles herself with class and she's working it out as best she can."
Last week, Woods issued a statement saying he had let his family down with unspecified "transgressions" that he regrets with "all of my heart." He did not elaborate.
